Back to the Future, Back to the Factory!

Barely a week has passed, and I'm already headed back to the Factory to meet up with the core crews for both Elias and Guintoli. We're going to build our GP8's and get 2008 officially started! We missed some of the earlier preseaon/winter testing already, but Ducati is a small factory, and it's just not possible for them to provide all the material for two teams in the short time frame we're dealing with. I'm happy to be going back, because it will give me a chance to re-organize my flight containers and start working in earnest on some new programs for tracking and controlling the Team stock as well as the Factory materials.

My birthday came and went this past week, but I wasn't able to celebrate the way I wanted to. With my current workload, I'm postponing all serious partying until I'm back in California with my friends and family. I want to say Thank You to everyone who emailed, texted, and contacted me this past week. I tried to reply to everyone, but I know I probably missed a few of you, so please accept my apologies. It's been a hectic, but fruitful week, and I'm looking past the next few weeks of fevered work until I can get to the holidays and some down time. I'm missing my writing more than I expected, as it's a great release for me, but if we don't take care of business now, we're not going to be ready for next year, and that's something I simply can't let happen. I'll see if I can throw some new music up later this week, because there's been a bunch of good tunes coming my way lately.

That's the best way to do it. Celebrate when the time is right...

And, well, first things first, Señor.

Cheers!!

Happy birthday and hopefully you have a good break over the holidays. I always enjoy your writing.

Tell your boss we wish him Happy Birthday, or Feliz cumpleaños!
